1. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship exclusively to Germany. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment locations in Germany or France, depending on stock availability.

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

Standard Shipping
Cost: free of charge
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Shipping
Cost: 4.95 EUR
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days

Insured Express Shipping includes additional coverage against loss or damage while your order is in transit, along with faster handling and delivery.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times listed above begin once your order has been handed over to the carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated window, please contact us at info@crownwicke.com so we can look into it.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

6. ISSUES WITH YOUR DELIVERY
